The Golden Pipeline Heritage Trail celebrates one of the world’s greatest engineering marvels – a pipeline built 100 years ago to carry water from Mundaring Weir just outside Perth to the remote and semiarid Goldfields of KalgoorlieBoulder. The trail is full of historic gems and interesting stops.

For your return to Perth, follow the new Midlands Route (in green). Both trails are signposted and feature interpretive panels.
